PROBLEM:

I believe Mr. David Walker, the former U.S. Comptroller General can best explain the looming financial crisis that our Country presently forges a path towards if a solution is not found. Mr. Walker issued a "FISCAL WAKE UP TOUR CHALLENGE" to the American people and I would like to submit the Legacy Will and Trust Bill Proposal as a solution to said challenge.

SOLUTION:

This concept of bequeathing life long earnings via personal foundations can eternally provide Passive Income to Heirs, fuel Wall Street, create Jobs, rebuild Social Security, support Charities and provide FREE HEALTHCARE – all funded by the Estates of the Deceased. All I ask in return, is that you take to heart the following:

Traditionally, we bequeath our life long earnings to our spouse, children and grandchildren etc... the money gets squandered and we are long forgotten. Each personal foundation creator can determine how much to leave immediately to their heirs, then invest the remainder into the stock market. This eternal injection of cash will stimulate growth in our Economy and create jobs. 50% of the yield will be re-invested and 50% disbursed to the heirs, charities and passions of the foundation's creator. The recipients/members will ETERNALLY receive semi-annual LEGACY checks from the LLC that he/she names upon CREATION of the Living Trust. Each Legacy check's memo contains whatever inspirational words he/she wants to be remembered by. These Legacy checks will be subject to (I pray) a 15% tax. This NEW PASSIVE INCOME stream for the U. S. Government could be used to rebuild Social Security, an ENTITLEMENT that we will never break free from.

Secondly, He/She can leave an Eternal Legacy to any charities or passions that shaped their life. I have created Gods Legacy Trust LLC to be the name for His Everlasting, Earthly Entity/Kingdom. LEGACY WILL AND TRUST must be built and managed by a non-Gov't entity and the Peter G. Peterson Foundation has $1 Billion dollars to invest into a solution to our inevitable fiscal demise. PGPF can build this Free Personal Foundation/ Legacy Application/ Creator, much like the self service model used by LegalZoom. I pray PGPF will build a website that will enable everyone to create their own Will, Living Will and Personal Foundation Free of charge. This would be a public service that is long over due. Families continually are divided at a time that should be celebrated due to the expense and/or knowledge of the deceased.

The idea appears to be interesting and novel. However, because it is not something that is currently widely adopted or well-understood by the general public, we do not believe that it’s a good fit with our self-help model. Instead, this is something that estate planning attorneys could best present to their clients in a one-on-one setting, where they can tell the client the positives and negatives of a personal foundation.

I would recommend that you contact an organization of estate planning attorneys. Most states and cities have a Bar Association with a special section of estate planning attorneys.

Thank you so much for responding to my letter. I appreciate the direction you have put me on and I will contact the Alabama Bar Association. I totally agree with the one on one consultation explaining personal foundations. I was thinking of a very simplistic version that everyone had access to for free, so the masses wouldn't die intestate due to expense and/or knowledge. I also agree that it would take a very large campaign to educate the public of the benefits future generations will enjoy from the foresight of the deceased, but I believe it is something that is very necessary to alter the course of our Countries future. I believe there will be much more demand for this arcane product once the people of this Country that I love see the benefits.

If your company should have a change of heart and think there might be some financial opportunities to build a black and white simplistic personal foundation creator/application, please contact me. I need your help to complete my purpose for God. I am very sorry to trouble you with this Gift/Burden that I am carrying, but I must have some help to get this off my conscious.

This is my humble interpretation of the Seven Sealed, Two-Sided Scroll in the right hand of Him who sits on the Throne. Rev 5 : 1 – 5 A kinsman redeemer must pull the Sword from the Stone as the Last Acts of King David and King Solomon and yes... They are now recorded in the Book of Nathan the Prophet just as a Prophetic Bible said they would be. Their Last Acts are to establish God's Everlasting, Earthly Entity/ Kingdom as Promised. 1 Chronicles 29 : 29 and 2 Chronicles 9 : 29

I have written many letters to people of influence to deliver His Gift, but all my attempts have fallen on deaf ears. Yet, no one has been able to refute my claims. I've suffered many losses and hardships over my purpose, but I am convinced this is what the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ is compelling me to do. My interpretations of an metaphorical, enigmatic Bible may differ from your own, but we can always agree to disagree and believe what is on our individual hearts. There is but ONE Judge. Dear Noam Chomsky PhD,

I am familiar with you through your contributions to the movie "Selling God". It was refreshing to see that others share the same views as I when it comes to the misinterpretations of a metaphorical, enigmatic Bible that has been used for the benefit of Man's own greed and power agenda for generations.

I am contacting you to ask for your assistance in having my message heard by the spiritually enlightened sect of our society. The things that I have to tell you would not be in the frame of reference of most and therefore would be like speaking in tongues.

King David wanted to build a house for God and the Prophet Nathan warned it was not his place, but his seed. He assumed it would be King Solomon that would build this Temple, so it was built and then destroyed by the Babylonians. What these Kings did not understand was the meaning of an Ethereal, Eternal Entity as God's Kingdom. We now anticipate a second coming of Jesus Christ and once again, do not understand the metaphor. The Last Acts of Kings would be to erect His prophetically, promised Kingdom and it is only now recorded in a supposed Lost (I contend prophetic) Book of Nathan the Prophet. The metaphor even eludes to a future time as the Last Acts would be prophetically fulfilled by a kinsman redeemer that chooses to pull the sharp sword from His mouth and Witness for our Lord and Savior.

There are many answers to metaphors that have been revealed to me while seeking my purpose for God, but for now I must scripturally stick with the unveiling of the World's Largest Enigma, Revelation 5 : 1 - 5. The Seven Sealed, Two-Sided Scroll in the right hand of Him who sits on the Heavenly Throne and awaits mankind to build His Promised Kingdom. The story of Esau giving up his birthrights was a huge clue as I began my quest to reveal the arcane contents of His Last Will and Testament.
